Every order is prepared and packed by hand, with the utmost care.

Shipping rates

How we pack

We use bubble wrap, padding paper and the right-sized box to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition. And of course, with tracking so you can follow the whole journey.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you the carrier's tracking code.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship on release day. If you add in-stock items to the same order, everything ships together once all items are available. To get in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no questions asked. Items must be in perfect condition, sealed, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

How to return

Email support@sealedup.pt with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with full instructions. For returns by choice, return shipping is on you; if the item is faulty or the mistake was ours, we cover the cost.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of you notifying us of the return, to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. We may wait until we've received and checked the items before processing the refund.
