What do you sell?
We're a store dedicated to TCG products and accessories, and everything we sell is genuine and fully sealed. Right now, we carry Riftbound, Pokémon and One Piece.
Where do you ship?
We ship to mainland Portugal, the islands and Europe.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, MB WAY, PayPal and Apple Pay — just pick whichever suits you best at checkout.
How much is shipping?
For mainland Portugal and the islands, shipping is €5.50 via CTT, and free on orders over €140. Shipping to Europe is handled by UPS at a flat rate of €20.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Do you take pre-orders?
Yes, we open pre-orders for selected releases. Terms and dates are always announced on our website and socials.
Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items?
Yes, but your order will only ship once every item is available. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I return an order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, no questions asked. To be accepted, items must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging, together with the invoice or proof of purchase.
How do I make a return?
Email us at support@sealedup.pt with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you everything you need from there.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning by choice, return shipping is on you. If you receive a faulty item or we made a mistake, we cover the cost.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of you telling us about the return, to your original payment method — or as store credit, if you prefer. We may wait until we've received and checked the items before processing it.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account, you can track all your orders and pre-orders in one place and check out faster next time.
